*pour the powder under the tongue and press the powder down by your tongue for about 10 to 15mins until it has dissolved and slipped through the salivary glands into the blood stream.*

▪️When addressing conditions take 2 sachets a day morning and evening, One hour before food on an empty stomach.

▪️If the condition is critical take 3 sachets a day, morning, afternoon and evening.

▪️IF it's extremely critical take 4 sachets, the 4th one at midnight.
